If you have been previously approved to offer an alternative route to certification program, but wish to change the route you offer, or change your program design, you must let PESB staff know by completing the Alternative Routes change notification form (document).
To add or change a route, the form does not need to go before the Board. However this form must be completed and turned into PESB staff in order to make appropriate changes to our website and program monitoring information systems. Staff will notify program providers if they may move forward with the proposed change after receiving and reviewing this form.
