The Professional Educator Standards Board (PESB) has policy making authority over the preparation, certification, continuing education and assignment for all certificated K-12 educators in Washington. Title 181 in the Washington Administrative Code (WAC) holds the chapters for which the PESB can propose and adopt policy changes.
