NES Customer Service is contacting educators who took the Elementary Education Subtest II between May 22nd and 27th to inform them that they were not given the correct amount of test-taking time. Those taking this exam between these dates were supposed to have been given an extra 15 minutes, but were not due to an error at Pearson. To correct this error, Pearson is 1) offering vouchers to all affected test takers and 2) waiving the re-take policy so that candidates may retest at their earliest convenience, rather than wait 30-days. For more information, view these details and FAQ page, or contact Pearson’s Customer Contact Center at (800) 778-5315.
