Description: ESDs to use their portion of certification fees towards the operation of their certification offices, in accordance with Senate Bill 6740.

Subject of Rule Making: Career and Technical Name Changes
Description: Changes references in 181-77 and 181-77A of “work-based” to “worksite” and “diversified occupations” to “career choices”, and combines the business and marketing endorsement name.

Subject of Rule Making: Conditional Waiver for Out-of-Endorsement Assignments
Description: Requires a conditional waiver for teachers assigned out-of-endorsement that hold at least 18 credits in the subject matter. They must enroll in an endorsement program and attain the full endorsement within 4 years.
