Braille Instructors

A list of individuals who have taken a part or parts of the Braille Literary Usage Examination is produced quarterly by the Washington Instructional Resource Center for the Visually Impaired and sent to all school district personnel directors. The attached list indicates the individuals who have applied to take the Braille Literary Usage Examination and the expiration date of that examination.

Codes Used:
TVI: Teacher of the Visually Impaired
Parapro: Paraprofessionals
NLS: National Library of Congress Transcriber Certificate
O and M: Orientation and Mobility Specialist

Individuals who seek to remain eligible to work with visually impaired students are responsible for documenting completion of continuing education. Individuals are strongly encouraged to provide a copy of their documentation to their employing school district.
